Administrative/Personal Assistant Position (Real Estate)
Highly-motivated, hard working and efficient assistant with a proactive and polite demeanor needed to assist a highly recognized and extremely busy real estate professional. This position requires a confident, well-spoken, punctual and organized individual who is capable of wearing many hats and is interested in learning all aspects of the real estate business.
Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Managing Appointment Schedule
Managing high call volume
Responding to emails and phone messages
Update and maintain client database
Creating and managing marketing materials
Oversee accounting of monthly expenses
Implement cost effective solutions of general office expenses
Web-based Research
Qualifications include:

Excellent communication skills
Bilingual a plus
Punctuality
Highly organized
Work well independently and as a team
Marketing experience a plus
Knowledge of Astoria a MUST
